AfriNIC will have its 2nd Anual General Meeting on the 27th April 2005 in Maputo from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

To register for the AGM, please register for the AfriNIC-2 meeting and notify the registration desk about your membership details (Org_ID, organisation name) when collecting your meeting package. The meeting secretariat will check and give you the appropriate identifier and documents.

The AfriNIC Annual General meetings are open to Members only. If you think you can not attend this meeting in person, please print, fill the proxy appointment form (on your company letter head) and send a signed copy by fax to the AfriNIC headquarter (+230 466 6758) before April 22nd. After that date the original of the proxy form should be carried by the appointed proxy to Maputo. The document should be presented at the registration desk and approved by AfriNIC before the AGM starts.
