- Brief description of your current job, roles and responsibilities
- My 3 best achievements in the last 12 months
- Projects I am currently working on or plan to be working on in the next 12 months
- What I hope to learn from this workshop
- How I plan to apply the skills and knowledge I will learn from this workshop.
